Worldwide Technical Pvt. Ltd is a private organization registered under the Office of Company Register in the year 2060 BS. The company is also registered at Inland Revenue Office, Kathmandu for VAT purposes. We are a CTEVT-affiliated organization that conducts short term training in vocational skills and entrepreneurship development throughout the country.
We specialize in developing skilled workforce to meet market demands, offering quality training, placement, and counseling services. Our focus is on empowering disadvantaged groups, including unskilled youths, women and minority communities, through comprehensive training programs and robust support systems. We aim to foster various employable and entrepreneurial skills in individuals that empower them and their community. With dedicated training centers and mobile units, we deliver impactful vocational education across Nepal.

At Worldwide Technical, our mission is to empower individuals in our community through nurturing vocational as well as entrepreneurship skills in them.
We believe that there are numerous fulfilling career paths many are not aware of and as such, we want to educate and train people so that they may sustain themselves & their families. Our training courses are designed to be accessible to anyone, regardless of their education or past experience.

Objectives
Specific Objectives:
- Conduct RMA and social marketing to identify vocational training needs and inform the needy population.
- Coordinate with NGOs, GOs, and CBOs for effective social marketing.
- Provide quality vocational and entrepreneurship training based on national standards and market demand.
- Coordinate with CTEVT/NSTB for skills testing and certification.
- Assist training graduates in finding employment or starting their own businesses through coordination with employers and local stakeholders.
Our Team
Mr. Narayan Babu Shrestha has 24+ years of experience in management and execution of community-level development projects, especially in the sector of social marketing, vocational /entrepreneurship training design and implementation and job placement services. As a Managing Director, he is responsible for overall strategic direction, decision-making, and management.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement business and strategic plans for the overall development of the organization
- Oversee the complete operation of an organization in accordance with the direction established in the strategic plans.
- Oversee the effective planning and mobilization of the resources, both human and financial resources
- Communicate effectively with the Board of Directors, providing, in a timely and accurate manner, all information necessary for the Board to function properly and to make informed decisions.
- Fiscal management that generally anticipates operating within the approved budget, ensures maximum resource utilization, and maintenance of the organization in a positive financial position.
- Evaluating the work of staffs and Trainers to ensure that programs are of high quality and that resources are used effectively.
- Prepare training implementation plan, monitoring guideline and make sure their effective implementation
- Orient program team on data management system, major program indicators, reporting forms and formats to ensure proper and timely reporting of required information
